Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Servon platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms were last updated on June 3, 2026 and are effective immediately for new users and 30 days after posting for existing users.

2. Description of Service

Servon Technologies ("Servon", "we", "us") provides a Voice AI SaaS platform that gives small businesses an AI-powered phone receptionist. The Service includes: • AI voice agents that answer inbound phone calls on behalf of your business • Automated appointment booking, cancellation, and rescheduling • Knowledge base management and FAQ automation • Integration with Google Calendar, Square, and other calendar systems • Post-call SMS confirmations and appointment reminders • A web dashboard for configuration and analytics We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use Servon, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at support@servon.io of any unauthorized use You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per business is permitted unless additional accounts are expressly authorized by us.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS Servon offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing and included minutes are as described on our pricing page at servon.io/pricing. BILLING • Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise OVERAGE If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you will be billed for additional usage at the overage rate listed on your plan. Overage charges appear on your next invoice. CANCELLATION You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@servon.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. REFUNDS We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused minutes. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@servon.io within 30 days of the charge. PRICE CHANGES We will provide at least 30 days notice before increasing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Servon only for lawful business purposes. You must not: • Use Servon to make unsolicited outbound calls or contact numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry (TCPA violation) • Use Servon for spam, robocalling, or any form of harassment • Use Servon to impersonate another business or person fraudulently • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or source code • Resell or sublicense Servon without our written permission • Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or automated abuse • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Tenant Obligations

As a Business Customer using Servon, you are responsible for: CALL DISCLOSURE You must ensure that callers to your business number are informed that they may be speaking with an AI agent and that calls may be recorded. Servon's AI agent announces this at the start of each call as: "This call may be recorded for quality purposes." You are responsible for ensuring this disclosure is legally sufficient in your jurisdiction. TCPA COMPLIANCE You must not use Servon to call phone numbers without proper consent. You are responsible for maintaining records of consent and complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telemarketing laws. CALLER DATA Caller information collected during Servon-handled calls (names, phone numbers, appointment details) is processed on your behalf. You are the data controller for this information. You must maintain a privacy policy that discloses your use of AI-powered call handling. KNOWLEDGE BASE CONTENT You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload to your knowledge base. Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share with an AI processing system. CANADA (CASL) If you use Servon to contact Canadian phone numbers, you are responsible for compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and PIPEDA requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

SERVON IP Servon owns all rights to the platform, AI models, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. YOUR DATA You retain ownership of all data you upload (knowledge base content, business information, booking records). You grant Servon a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. FEEDBACK If you provide suggestions or feedback about Servon, we may use that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Servon platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or status page. If monthly uptime falls below 99.5% due to causes within our control, we will provide service credits equal to: • 99.0–99.4% uptime: 10% credit of monthly fee • 98.0–98.9% uptime: 25% credit of monthly fee • Below 98.0% uptime: 50% credit of monthly fee Service credits are applied to your next invoice and are your sole remedy for downtime. Credits do not apply to downtime caused by third-party services (Deepgram, Twilio, Google), force majeure events, or your own actions. Current platform status: status.servon.io

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SERVON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SERVON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. SERVON'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO SERVON IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Servon Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA • Your failure to obtain required caller consents • Content you upload to the knowledge base • Third-party claims arising from calls handled by your Servon agents

11. Termination

TERMINATION BY YOU You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends at the close of your billing period. You may export your data before termination through the dashboard. TERMINATION BY SERVON We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for: • Violation of these Terms, particularly Section 5 (Acceptable Use) and Section 6 (Tenant Obligations) • Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice • Fraudulent or abusive use of the platform EFFECT OF TERMINATION Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow export, then permanently delete it. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Dispute Resolution

GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. INFORMAL RESOLUTION Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@servon.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. BINDING ARBITRATION If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Delaware or via video conference. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. CLASS ACTION WAIVER YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST SERVON. EXCEPTION Either party may seek injunctive or emergency relief in court for intellectual property violations or imminent harm.

13. General

ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Servon regarding the Service. SEVERABILITY If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. NO WAIVER Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later. ASSIGNMENT You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
